The fight
Washers generate a signature stall: the fault is real, repeatable, and somehow always blamed on installation, leveling, or loading — categories that turn a covered breakdown into your problem. Add the test-cycle trick (the machine passes empty, fails loaded) and you have the washer fight. Here is the counter-playbook; the underlying count and clock rules are the same as everywhere on this site.
| The stall | What it means | The counter |
|---|---|---|
| "It's an installation / leveling issue" | The fault is being classified out of coverage | Ask for the classification in writing, with the technician's basis. A written classification is contestable; a phone opinion is not. Installation by the store's own delivery crew strengthens the contest — same contract family, paper trail included. |
| "It ran fine on the test cycle" | An empty-machine pass being recorded as success | Film a real load failing — full cycle, the fault on camera, the error code if shown. Submit the video through the portal so it lives in the claim file. |
| "No fault found" after a drain/vibration visit | The visit that may not count (expressly at Lowe's) | The occurrence log: dates the fault happened, loads ruined, the video. Pattern evidence converts classifications — see no fault found. |

The pages above are the map. The kit is the paperwork: the repair log that proves the count, the script for your administrator, and the complaint pack for when the stall continues.
