The record fight
You bought the plan at the register, the fridge is dead, and the portal says you have no plan. Panic is reasonable; conclusions are not — yet. There are three different problems wearing this one symptom, and each has a different fix. The first is a known lag written into how these plans register. The other two are record errors, and paper beats portals in both.
With those three, a "not showing up" problem is a data-entry correction, not a coverage fight. Escalate in writing (portal message or letter) with the receipt attached and ask for the plan record to be corrected — and get the correction confirmed in writing before you need it for the repair claim itself.
That answer, against a receipt showing the plan charge, is a billing error with a paper trail — escalate to a written determination, then to the regulator door (the provider is an Assurant-family company; the complaint doors are on the regulator page). Never re-buy a plan to "fix" a record — you would own two plans and a worse argument.
Count your own case. The free checker takes your store, your plan date, your repair history, and your dates — and returns your lemon count, your live clocks, and the money the plan owes. Run the checker →
The pages above are the map. The kit is the paperwork: the repair log that proves the count, the script for your administrator, and the complaint pack for when the stall continues.
One payment, yours to keep. We never ask for your store or plan-portal password — you file everything yourself. See everything inside the kit →
